Never did I think I would have the confidence to jump in the middle of a circle of strangers and dance my heart out, but Be You Disco made me feel a sense of acceptance I have only ever felt while in that room.     I have heard so many amazing things about Be You Disco and I finally blocked the night out to go and bought myself ticket for February. I will be back in a couple weeks to let you know how it goes. I am pretty sure based on other videos I have seen and reviews it will be amazing!

    One of the best choices I've made was to go to the BeYou Disco and Cacao Ceremony. It was exactly what I needed to get out of a personal funk I'd been struggling with. The people, the vibes, the challenge to personal growth, and the awesome leader made this a wonderful experience that was well worth the investment. I will be going back next month!

    Carolina and her team did a fabulous job! Wow, what an experience! I found Be You Disco on a search for Mindfulness and Team Building and the Team at Be You Disco nailed it for us. There was natural nerves and skepticism from my team but as soon as we put the headphones on the experience brought us to another level of openness, communication and empathy for one another. Literally tears of joy from members on the team from being "in it" with each other.

    I am honestly beyond words to convey what I experienced with Be You Disco, but me heart is still soaring from the last full-moon dance. Carolina is a master of the craft; a powerful, soft presence with a beautiful guiding instinct and an uncanny ability to move crowds across the emotional spectrum. I’ve been to a number of great ecstatic dances, as movement to sound is one of the ways in which i take care of myself, but this one super-exceeds anything I’ve ever encountered. I am excited about this to no end, and look forward to connecting with so many other beautiful beings in the safe space Be You Disco provides.

    Such a magical evening with a community that supports one another. It is an opportunity to go within oneself and that which no longer serves the body and mind, while welcoming the moon's energy dancing under the stars and with the tides.

    Be You Disco came out to our Babesgiving celebration event and was amazing! The women were hesitant at first but it was a great way to break the ice and the members at our event said they felt immediately more in tune with themselves immediately after! We love Be You Disco!

    Dancing, the beach, cacao, how could an experience like this not be fun… Be You however takes it to the next level! Carolina guidance along with Kevin’s live music is an epic experience. Fun fact: a close friend of mine is now dating someone we met at the event. Now THAT’S value!

    From starting on the sidelines because of fear.. to actually dancing my heart out and meeting a whole new version of my true self, my life has been changed from ONE disco… like WHAT?!     This was my first ever “silent” dance/disco. 100% recommend this being a first for whomever is interested in attending an event like this. I got to navigate through insecurities and fears of what I may look like while dancing in such a supportive and loving container. I was accepted completely for however I was choosing to show up for myself. The container encouraged me to explore expansion around my self expression and to connect with others doing the same. It was so beautiful, so thoughtful, and SOO FUN. Looking forward to attending more 🙏🏻🪩🕺💃✨

    Be You Disco is soul nourishing. Everytime I have an opportunity to participated in the full moon dance it’s always a good time. Carolina and Kevin have really created a welcoming space to express myself openly and freely through movement and dance. The community they built is amazing so happy to find this so close to home

    Wow. The full moon dance and cacao event was awesome. I didn’t know what to expect, but the facilitation was flawless. They didn’t pressure us to do it any particular way, just to be ourselves and show up in whatever way feels good. It was my first time meeting the hosts too and you can just feel how authentic and open hearted they are. Super playful, welcoming, fun, and deep - all under an epic moon. I’ll definitely be back!
